Covent Garden

It's Monday! After quite an eventful weekend here in London I'm here with a new outfit post. One of the main highlights this weekend was visiting Covent Garden for the first time ever! I was at Westminster last Saturday and since I always wanted to go to Covent Garden I decided to spend a few hours there.

The street performers, the perfect Chanel store, the vibe, the pastel-rich Laduree coffee shop: everything at Covent Garden has my name written on it. I enjoyed it so much that I had to vlog a bit as well as visit the next day! Speaking about the next day, I did some shopping at Brick Lane yesterday. I came across this random market with tons of pretty clothing and, well, I did take quite a few pieces home. Stay tuned for a haul video and post very, very soon.

I ended my weekend at Islington at a gig by Cable 35. After walking for hours around shops and making sure I don't miss anything from Covent Garden, rocking out to some good music was just what I needed to wind down.

Now, about my outfit. I found this gem at Blitz Vintage Department Store last week when they had a special offer on their sale garments. What offer? An incredible buy one get one free offer. I got this dress and another maroon one (I might post an outfit post with it soon!) for sixteen pounds! I'm quite hesitant with wearing petrol blue against my face, but I feel like that cream collar creates the kind of detachment I need in order to make it less overwhelming against everything else. Needless to say, the detailing on the collar instantly won me over. I think you know me well by now.
